Prior to HR Partners US, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services (2009-2015) for Pernod Ricard USA, (U.S. $2B sales, 1,000 employees) where he led all human capital efforts and was part of the executive team.
Before, he was Executive VP and COO North America for Marnier Lapostolle Inc., (1994-2009) where he had P&L responsibility for the $150M wine and spirits operation.
